Our Job Readiness Training equips older workers with the essential skills needed to confidently re-enter today’s workforce. Training includes workplace communication, résumé building, interviewing skills, computer literacy, problem-solving, professionalism, and strategies for long-term employment success.
We combine hands-on learning, digital literacy support through our partnership with Northstar Digital Literacy, and workplace experience opportunities to help participants build confidence and achieve meaningful, sustainable employment.
Synergos Workforce Solutions Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization (EIN 39-2830077) based in Post Falls, Idaho.
We proudly serve as a host agency with Easter Seals Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountains (ESGW NRM), supporting older workers through community service and employment training opportunities.
We also partner with Northstar Digital Literacy to support essential computer skills and digital learning in our community.
